Meet The Founder

Elizabeth Carter

Elizabeth has been in the industry since childhood as a professional actress herself. Having trained at Julie Sianne Theatre Arts, Redroofs Theatre School on a full scholarship and Arts Educational Schools, London. She performed on screen for production houses such as Warner Bros, BBC Films and on West End at the Old Vic directed by Trevor Nunn.
Elizabeth later decided to gain her chaperone training alongside qualifications in safeguarding and children’s mental well-being. Using these to help care for children within the creative industry and start her journey within the management sector.

After safeguarding young performers in the industry and knowing herself how difficult the profession can be in regards to mental wellbeing alongside crafting a successful career. These elements combined into a new management became Elizabeth’s goal. She wanted to provide a talent agency that reflects this narrative and makes not only a positive impact on the child but holds a ripple effect throughout the entertainment industry too.
Creating Arise Talent Collective. A management that understands the industry offering support, guidance and a space for young talent to rise.
